Chocolate Coffee Smoothie (GF + V)

1 cup of nut milk.

1 cup brewed coffee.

1 serving plant-based protein.

I use Aloha Protein, but I’ve heard raving reviews about Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Protein, so that’s next on my list to try out. See Minimalist Baker’s super helpful review of plant-based proteins.

1 cup of frozen spinach.

1 ripe banana.

1 Tbsp of cashew butter

Directions:

1. Blend slowly by using the pulse button until mixed roughly. Use low-medium blend setting for 2-3 minutes or until creamy. 

2. Pour and enjoy!
